Cornerstone Assets, Inc. was formed in 1994 to provide Consulting Services to businesses seeking to improve their Operating Results.
The term CORNERSTONE is defined as “an important quality or feature on which a particular thing depends or is based”. We work with Clients to establish the Key Drivers, or “cornerstones”, of their business and determine how these “qualities or features” can be improved.
Our Process is based upon “Questioning & Listening”. When working with a new Client, we state we “don’t have answers; but, we do have questions!”. When the questions are answered by the Client, we can generally determine root causes needing to be addressed. We believe in the saying “A problem well defined is half solved”.
We have assisted scores of companies. Our Role has been to be either a Consultant, or a Mentor/Coach for the CEO or as a Board Member.
